You’ve set your sights high, and so have we!

You will be a graduate with a strong academic background, with a minimum of a 2:1 (60% or international equivalent) from a good university and be able to demonstrate teamwork, drive for results and leadership potential.

If you have a second degree, such as a Masters or PhD, this will be taken into consideration. You’ll also need to speak fluent business English and a second language or international exposure would be advantageous in our international business.

To succeed within UB you will need to be passionate, determined and a fast learner. Above all, you'll embrace our values and put our customers first. You'll possess the communication skills to excite and inspire others, and have problem solving skills to come up with better and more efficient ways of working.
